Hi folks warning this is NOT a rice cooker. It is a device you put in a MICROWAVE. They have a VERY SHORT RETURN window. I would rather have returned this as I wanted a RICE COOKER. I feel like the manufacturer knows this and so therefore do they get 1 STAR because ZERO STARS isn’t an option.

No measurement chart was supplied to advise how much water to be used for how much rice. Also, how much time in microwave?

Is durable and works really well with my microwave

Good for daily use in microwave for rice cooking etc.
However it fails to control overflow of water from its container. Which spoil the microwave every time.
