Excellent product from Bajaj and safely delivered by Amazon before time. Bajaj 2.8 litre rice cooker has a big pan and can cook 1.5 kg of raw rice ie. ideal for around 15 people at one go. It cooks also fast, takes around 15 – 25 min depending on rice quantity and can be kept warm till it is switched off. Price of Rs.2300/- for 2.8 litre rice cooker is excellent.

I bought this product but the product was defective and not functioning properly. On complaint to Amazon they forwarded to the company. The company representative came and tried to repair the product. The problem remains and the apparatus stops in between . The company refuses to acknowledge and gave wrong feedback. The Amazon customer service accepts the problem and initiates a return process which is scheduled after a week . After 10 days also no body comes to pickup the item and and Bajaj company refuses the return . Amazon will not start refund unless the return is completed. My money is still with Amazon and I am stuck with a faulty product.

Cover is not airtight n all… can’t use it like pressure cooker. Its just normal cover like u put over plain utensil. Didn’t use it much… Suddenly it stopped working. Good for cooking just rice. Pulse will take long time as water evaporates n need refill of water for it to be properly cooked . Don’t expect a multi function cooker. Just good for rice .
