Never ever look at this Bajaj rice cookers if you come across amazon, they sell completely faulty and defective products. My rice cooker started giving problem from the day one..service technician said it was just loose connection, but again after 2 days it stopped working and the light is not coming..power connector is faulty one, fire fog coming from the power connector near the base of rice cooker. Don’t don’t buy it. Their service is very bad..they won’t come within time, they come after 5 to 6 days after raising complaint…my god..they won’t replace the product after knowing it’s a defective piece. Their customer service is very bad..and their service numbers won’t work..such a pathetic service from Bajaj electricals… nonsense…worst and just throw this Bajaj products out of home and be peaceful in mind after throwing out…that’s the best solution I give if you buy any Bajaj electricals rice cookers…do I need to tell any more about Bajaj rice cookers ?

I’m using this product from more than 1 year it is good for the student you can cook the vegetable and rice but not for the dishes which used pressure cooker, it is not for the dishes that uses pressure to cook

I bought this cooker at 1100 rs and it is the best price one can get. After using it for 10 days it stopped working abruptly. I complained for it and within 15 days, It was fixed as it in warranty for 2 years. The reason that it stopped working was minor. So overall Bajaj has a very good service. I live in a village so I am happy to get an onsite service. It looks elegant as well as it has a strong metal body.
Now it has been one year and it is working perfectly fine. Cheap and best product
