Except some rice sticks to bottom of the bowl which is usual in all brands except in nonstic bowls.

Product suddenly stopped working after 3 weeks of the purchase. After that I complained to BE customer care for almost a month and haven’t succeeded. My product is still not working and still not attended by any technician even though it’s in warranty time. Bajaj Electricals customer care and service team is incompetent and your money is wasted.

The product is very faulty. The first one ordered did not work. We realised it was not worth buying. But There was no option for a refund. Just return and exchange.
The second one also stopped working one day after the exchange window closed. So we’re stuck. Please give us a refund and take the product back.
