We started using the product received yesterday and we are very unhappy that the product takes very long time to cook even small quantities. We are very disappointed that Amazon is not having refund for poor quality of products. Please help us in this regard and refund our money.

I purchased yr products but it is not working properly complet right side light should on but my cooker with competition of light right side after few minutes light glowing like three times right side light on .
