the river cooker is perfect. cooking is completed really fast. got two great quality stainless steel cooking vessels. stainless steel lid. everything is great and fantastic EXCEPT, the thin stainless steel plate that is given to be used at the bottom when cooking; remember that? it is oversize. because of this the plate keeps changing its position and someone’s rice end up under the plate and get burner away due to the heat. that plate doesn’t serve its purpose and also spoils the cookers performance. hence only three stars.
i would definitely recommend you to buy, but if you also get the same issue exchange the product, which i was lazy to do.

It short circuited after 15 days of usage, but the company came and fixed it. After sales service is good and product is excellent quality and serves the purpose well. I’m happy Indian companies are doing well.

First time a steel pot has lot of white spots I asked for replacement and even after replacement 2nd time the lid I got a damaged one and one inner pot had lot of white spots again

Worst product it got burned for just fist use I don’t recommend this again replace also calling so many times don’t buy go for another product. Don’t buy it’s wasted time while we are in hurry I hate this product wasted my money
