I do stand by the fact that this is indeed a good quality product. However, after just about 5 months of normal use, there was a crack on the outer side of the cooker. The issue doesn’t hinder the working of the cooker (thankfully), but when I contacted the customer service since this is still in warranty, they said they would get back to me and it’s been two months since that happened. I understand the situation, but a message confirming if anything could be done would have been nice.

So all in all, it’s a good product, not sure it would last long, but while it lasts it works well. Be sure to add the additional warranty offered by the company as soon as you buy the product (not that it would do much good, but still..)

We moved to a new house and the first thing my mother wished to get was a rice cooker. Having used a few in the past we ordered the normal one, (the red one) but it came with dents on it due to transit and I had to return it.

So I was a bit disappointed and was looking at alternatives when I found this ibell rice cooker and ordered it on a whim.
Was worried if it also would have the same fate, but the package arrived safe and was well secured.

The one thing that excited me (my mother mostly) is the build quality of the pot and even the lid for the pot is of good quality. It’s really sturdy and easy to clean.

The cooker closes with the pot and it is airtight. Have been using it for about a month now and I don’t have any issues of the pot getting stuck, or the cooker not closing properly. It seals well and the rice is cooked really well and in reasonable time.
One just need to boil the rice and place the pot with the lid on inside the cooker and it does the remaining work.

I would recommend this to everyone over the conventional red one as I feel this is more sturdy and would last more.

Overall a great purchase from my end and if you love to keep your mother’s happy and get good remarks from her friends .. go for it.. 🙂

Purchased in August 2 nd week and used this product only 3 times,third time the inside heating pot have leaks and rice water is leaking and cant able to use.I have tried to make a service repair request in their ibell website,but cant able to raise a request. Kindly replace the product. Or revert to us at earliest.

This is a very good and useful product from IBell. It saves time and energy while cooking rice. It maintains warmth of the food for long time.
