It’s superb, quality of the product is good…only thing I wished to have is Instead of aluminium pan inside it’d have been soo good if it was a steel one nevertheless the product is of fine quality one can go for it if they are looking for a simple rice cooker

Bought as a replacement for a 20 year old same brand same product. One star less for not giving glass window lid and keep warm function in this as was done earlier. Panasonic please wake up

The rice cooker lid does not fit correctly. Hence the rice remains
Uncooked. Kindly accept the Return of the rice cooker
Also, please note, that your agent did Not come to pick up the Rice cooker, yesterday 28th July as scheduled.

Easy to use , I hoped a steamer in the rice cooker set but it wasn’t. Over all product is good.
