The packaging was safe and the product is also good. It has all both cook and warm functions. Same as any bigger sized rice cooker. Ideal for bachelors or couple. A glass full of rice can be easily cooked 🍚

The product works well. 2 containers in which rice can be cooked are provided (which to me is not really needed, one is enough, the second becomes a bit of a pain to store away). Similar to other experiences, the spatula was missing from the box. Not a deal breaker. Has been very useful in the few days since we have been using it (daily).

Size is too small. During purchase they assured for 3 to 4 person’s cooking but actually it is for 1 person only. Want to return the item.

Gets the job done. Good for 2-3 person meal. The holes for water flow could have been placed in such a way that the water goes back in the container. If you have excess water, then it will flow outside.
