The perforated plate causes heavy burnt stain after cooking

Firstly when opened the glass top of the lid looked like it was used and washed with few stain marks.. m guessing this was returned and it was packed again and sold
Next when first cooked.. there was a slight burnt smell additional water was added to rice inspite of that the food was burnt and this is supposed to stop cooking when it’s completely cooked but it stops pretty much later.. not good product at all

The stainless steel bowl is very good addition. It is extremely nonsticky and easy to clean as well. Best addition to my kichen

After a long research we zeroed in and bought this. And found quite useful and for a family of four this just adequate. Very easy thing use and clean and value for money. In 1.8 litres rice cooker you can go for it. I only made less of one star is the seller sometimes misses the order and neither seller nor Amazon provide good customer support. In fact I found Amazon customer support more like escapism and when I checked for missing order their solution is cancel the order and buy again not even bothered to check with seller. And Amazon is it by design that you created your customer support that we cannot actually call you anyway?

I purchased Pigeon electric rice cooker which we got a damaged piece. I got it replaced but this one was again a faulty piece. I again booked return twice but it was rejected to pick by the courier. I have lost my belief in Amazon for such poor services.
