Quick Boiling: The kettle is remarkably efficient at boiling water, which is a huge plus for a busy household like mine.

However, it falls short of a perfect rating due to the short cord length. This limitation can be inconvenient, especially if your kitchen outlets are not conveniently located. An extension cord may be necessary for some users. Despite this minor inconvenience, the kettle’s overall performance and convenience make it a worthwhile addition to any kitchen.

Brand new electric kettle with a faulty handle and shorter than usual power cable. The listing claims it comes with a 1 metre power cord whereas in the box it comes with a much shorter one. I’ve added a picture comparing the current one (black base) with my earlier product which lasted 3 – 4 years (red base). The Amazon box was all dry & packed well whereas the manufacturers box was musty with some kind of wet oil coating around it (indicates horrible godown storage facilities) – wash your hands & probably wear gloves if any of you see something similar with your orders.

I also don’t understand why the listing has different dimensions (shape and size) listed for the same product in different colors (black and red) with the exact same model no.?
