Bought this for my Mom as she was asking me to get one for many days and i bought it before the big billion sale !!!
This should be the 2nd smallest version i hve seen and its 0.8 litters I think we put upto 200g of rice to it…
It cooks within 25 – 30 mins depending about the rice quality and quantity. Keep warm option also works well. This cute little Rice cooker comes with one vessel and a bottom plate also with a big plastic Scoop (karandee)

This cooker worked for few months only.after that it is not working ..i visited two times for repair to prestige service centre.but it is not done propetly.now itvis in warranty period.can i replace of this unit.Action is needed early.

This cooker is quite good.I would have given five stars but for the attachment cord ,since this is a detachable cord ,if the cooker is slightly displaced then the cord becomes loose and you have to reinsert it properly again . otherwise the cooker is fine .If you don’t want to waste your rice , don’t cook it directly in the pan ,pour one and half cups of water In the pan and place a vessel like you do in ordinary cooker ,the vessel should not be heavy ,your rice would be ready I fifteen minutes .you can use this for various purposes like reheating leftovers ,steaming vegetables ,staming ghattes for khadi etc .I have been using rice cooker for twenty two years .first one lasted for thirteen years second a Chinese cooker Nova lasted for mine years.

The steel lid started rusting within a month and aluminum vessel is very delicate. Start getting scratches with in a month

This product from Prestige, the Electric cooker, is very convenient to use and a time saver for cooking rice and vegetables. I never go for any other brand
