This product is superb, good quality since i have received this product I have been using it and it has been 3 days till now. As it’s mentioned that it keep the food warm till 5 hours it is true. Every details that has mentioned is true. Till now i hasn’t given me any problem hope it will also last.

Steam splatters from the side wile cooking, the glass lid is not tight enough. Rest is okay gets the job done.
