Really helpful product, sturdy, value for money, worth spending, usage is littile tricky at first but once you understand this product is going to favorite product in your kitchen.

Firstly, that stupid fixed hinge could have been avoided and instead of those snug fitting holes for the hinge rives if the holes were linear half the problems faced could be solved. Right now it works with all the pressure on the dough at the hinge side. A linear hole would have helped the top half to lift vertically and apply uniform pressure on the dough with enough space not to make pappads instead of chappatis. We tried this product as per the instructions. Not too great. The best option in this right now is to use ready to cook chappatis somehow or other cook them in this. Yes you get pappad consistency . Dont worry. After you cook how many you want, when you want to serve them, sprinkle water one each one, both sides, put it back in this roti maker close top, count to 5 or 8 and serve. The chapattis will be nice while hot. But dont let them cool down, they might become like leather. But still a big improvement over the usual pappads.
Another disadvantage is the lack of an adjustable temperature control. But this can be easily overcome if a thermostat switch is connected between this appliance and its power supply. We have such a switch purchased from Amazon itself ( SANAVYA Thermostat Switch for Oil Heater Ac 250V 10A Adjustable Temperature Thermostat for Oil Heater/Electric Oven Switch) . we originally bought it to control the temperature of our old big electric stove but found it useful for this roti maker for fine control of the heat. Great for using this roti maker for reheating breads or even for keeping things warm

Very easy to make rotis in it.it was delivered on Friday but we are busy so I opened it on monday and there is no bill,no user manual and no warranty card in the box,no libras seprate box….

I ordered this product for having problems with my food, it just arrived in 2 days product is just awasome I made 12 rotis on my own for 1st time, it’s very easy to use, super build quality, connection cable, Handel , plug everything is pretty strong and superb quality, it only takes 1 minutes to make one roti but you have to be ready with dough, heating also pretty fast and having nonstick material used so don’t worry about dough sticking on it, just press and wait and again cover it so simple.JUST BEAUTIFUL 😍 AND ASWM IT IS attached some photos and videos you can see. MUST CONSIDER TO BUY FOR YOUR MOTHERS.
