The internal vessel is a bit small. Not suitable for us. But the quality is good.

Great for meats. Not programmable so have to keep an eye after some time…until you know how much water is needed, so that food is not burned.
Ceramic pot so not non stick…better to have watery recipes ..tried slow cooked potatoes, got a little stuck, but well cooked

Extremely poor build quality. Don’t be fooled by the German name; the product is made in China and licensed under the Bergner brand. Received a defective piece with a huge gash but credit where it’s due, Amazon promptly replaced it. The real trouble began with the replacement that worked fine for all of one week, after which it started overheating with dense smoke emanating all the way through. Next, the indicator light conks off and given the terrible insulation, this thing could well be a safety hazard. So, begins the ordeal of after sales service — virtually non-existent btw. Hundreds of phone calls to incompetent, rude staff and a grand total of 6 hours of to-and-fro driving later, we manage to get this ticking time bomb repaired. Only a greater power can know how long it will last this time. But my two cents.. spare yourself the trouble; don’t buy it. Oh, and Austria-based Bergner should be ashamed to learn how their ever so reputed brand is being tarnished in these parts, if they care at all.

Value for money and it fulfils the function and purpose for which it was bought. I recommend the product

I use this product regularly at home and also used it to keep the cooked food warm/ hot during a party at my home. it totally solves the purpose that way. the food doesn’t stick to bottom nor does it burn. now we don’t have to worry of food getting cold during serving or warming the food before serving. would be really useful in winter, i’m sure.
The size of the pots is also very ideal. can easily put in the quantity good for a gathering of 10 persons. also, have a choice of keeping one pot on higher/ lower temperature from other as it has 3 different buttons, one each for each pot.
however, yet to use it for cooking purpose.

I have bought two of these. My cook leaves at 5, and my husband doesn’t eat dinner until 8. We put his food in these, and then I just have to turn it on around 7 for his food to be ready. He has rice, sambar, vegetable, and rasam, so we can warm all his food with 2 of these cookers. The “warm” function is only good to keep your food hot. It doesn’t do very well warming it up from room temp or the fridge. We normally use the “low” setting to warm up his food. We have used it as a slow cooker as well, but you really have to use the “high” setting to slow cook. We usually cook his red rice in the slow cooker, and it takes about 2 hours. I like that the lids completely sit on the pots, so steam/heat don’t escape. Our gas consumption has really gone down as well because we are not reheating his food in the pressure cooker and cooking his rice on the stove.

I bought the 1.5 L version. Small and efficient. Cooked meat as ‘ Dum cooking’ . Perfect results. Cooked Dum Aloo also.

Would not recommend this product.
I bought it 15 days back and this was my third time using it. I had left chana to cook for 2 hours, I heard the cracking sound and rushed to the kitchen to find it broken, this could have become very serious and could have let to electrical shock/damage as the water from broken pot seeped to the holder below.
