Nav –
We had a Bajaj rice cooker earlier and it used to get spoilt every couple of months. We finally got sick of it and got rid of it.
It has only been a few days since we started using this, and hopefully this would be more durable.
Functionality wise, it is just a rice cooker with keep warm function. (Many of Panasonic cookers don’t have this keep warm function, so check properly before buying.)
Size is adequate for our family of four.
For us it is great so far, as we are looking for a product with keep warm function ( mandatory), and durability.

A very good product, thinknes of vessel is better than other brands that I used. Worth to buy. Go for it.
I am using this product since from
3 months, before I am using imported one. This product is better than old one. One more thing the inner plate won’t come up.

I had to return the product a second time. The first time, the plate and the scoop were missing. The second time the lid would not fit on the rice bowl. Very disappointed.
