I have only had the mixer for a month so far. I haven’t used the whisk or dough hook yet, but have used the paddle attachment for baking some quick breads and cookies.
PROS:
– no issues with heating thus far
– good motion – gets all the edges and mixes deep enough
– makes easy work of mixing ingredients, especially helpful if the ingredients would be a bit of a pain to hand-mix yourself
CONS:
-Cord length is a little short, but has reached each space I’ve placed it. A little extra length would be great
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
– sometimes instead of getting out this big wala, it’s easier and quicker to just use a handheld whisk, silicone spatula, etc. depending on the size of the job
– if the mixer is pretty filled and flour is at the top, you may want to hand-mix in some of the flour. If the mixer is very full, even with the mixer cover/guard on, the flour will fly everywhere
Overall, since this is my first mixer and I haven’t used it for very long, it’s hard to tell how much more time is saved. The manual talks about using certain speeds for only so long of a time and then ramping up the speed. This made me a bit anxious, but I don’t think you actually have to follow those rules once you get the feel of how to use the mixer. I can’t wait to try this for baking bread!

Dough needing is not easy, you need lots of trial and error practice for several days to make perfect dough specially if flour amount is small. Also needing consume time.
Working with rest all attachments is easy and fully satisfactory.

I purchased an Agaro Standard Mixer, which was delivered on October 8, 2023. Initially, the machine functioned as expected, and I was satisfied with its performance. However, after only a short period of use, the dough shaft (rotor) stopped working entirely—it would no longer move, making the mixer unusable.
I contacted Agaro’s customer support multiple times to address the issue. After several attempts and much back-and-forth, the company replaced the faulty unit on August 31. Unfortunately, the replacement mixer is extremely disappointing. It operates very slowly and feels sluggish, with none of the efficiency the original unit had. It’s not even capable of whipping cream properly, which was something the original machine handled effortlessly.
Frustrated by the poor performance of the replacement unit, I raised another complaint. When I spoke to a representative to follow up on the status of the issue, the individual abruptly disconnected the call as soon as I asked for an update on the resolution process.
This entire experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. From the defective product to the lackluster replacement and the unprofessional behavior of the customer support team, the situation reflects poorly on Agaro’s product quality, customer service, and overall commitment to customer satisfaction.
