We were excited to have received but the excitement was short-lived.First one sent was turning off on its own and touch buttons were operating randomly by themselves…the replacement provided was good but once it started to heat the display leds were going on and off and on and off…So Bergner must do a through quality check before dispatching.
Pros : Solid Buid and Super Fast Heating.

Very light to medium body heat.
Cons : Total Fake Name…No Smokeless Grill…No Bottom Heating Element…so how can u say its a grill..The grill button only activates air fryer.
Probe only works when the unit is stopped…You cannot check Probe while cooking…so its a superfail feature.
For real understanding why this is a fail you must see videos on Russel Hobbs smokeless grill …Ninja and Nutricook…If Bergner includes a Bottom Heating Element for Grilling then this product will sell like hot cakes.
