Less than a month in use and it heats no more. The steam function is clumsy and doesn’t work well. The steam jet mode is useless too. Pretty disappointed with this so called global brand.
To top the misery, the customer care call center takes no responsibility of following up to assure that the technician has indeed visited.
The Tecnician in Delhi (Sandeep Suri) Munirka is evasive and does nothing after he identifies your number.
