Exactly Post warranty period, the iron stopped working on 03.02.2024 and I booked a call. The service personnel informed me that the repair charges would be around 1400/-.rupees.
I feel cheated as the repair cost is higher than the whole product cost. How is it justified?
I will never ever buy any Havells product and would discourage others by informing this fact.
