Product quality is awesome but it’s heavy to handle efficiently and it’s biggest drawback is small water tank , which not even sufficient for one shirt..

I mean, after buying this expensive one, I am hardly using it. I took it to a couple of trips but I find no different between this and standard iron.
So I guess, this is on you. Do you really need it? Make the decision wisely. It does the job as they describe for sure but you will need 3-4 tries to cover one area

While I was on the call with the customer service rep trying to explain him that the product is too big and heavy to carry, that being the reason for asking for a return. However , even while inwas talking to the person while making my point he just said sorry we can’t help and disconnected the call. Is that how you treat your loyal customers Amazon? Never buying again from you and going to report this on social media

Ease of Use: Super easy to use! It heats up fast, and steaming clothes is a breeze. The water tank is simple to refill, though it’s on the smaller side, so you’ll be refilling it a lot for bigger jobs.
Portability: Lightweight and compact, making it perfect for travel or quick use around the house. It’s not super powerful for thick fabrics, though.
Effectiveness: Works great on light fabrics like cotton and silk but has a harder time with thicker stuff.

Ordered this steamer and i am glad to say this that this dint disappoint me at all. Its such a lovely product as it work smoothly.
It is easy to use and quite handy. A bit heavy but that makes it more steardy.
Works great with all kinds of clothes doesn’t leave any marks.
