The vacuum cleaner delivers the promised value. The floor brush has a light to help spot dust and fur. All the attachments work as designed and after a year’s regular use it still manages to work like new. I mainly use this to remove pet hair from hard and soft surfaces and it works like a charm. The warranty support team is helpful and my point of contact Ankita helped me to resolve a battery issue promptly at the very end of the product’s warranty period.

I’ve been using the Vacuum cleaner quite a bit for over 2 weeks now and I must say I’m impressed by the quality. The attachments are very intuitive and the quality of cleaning is quite good. There was a demo over WhatsApp from the Agaro team and all the capabilities and dos and don’ts of the product were explained clearly. I’m very happy with the purchase.
One thing to look out for: there is a hanger provided for wall hanging the cleaner. Don’t try to mount this using the sticky tapes provided in the box. The wall hanger will come off. We need to properly screw it to the wall to make sure the mount stays in place

This is an amazing product. Received it on time. The suction is good. Also the video demonstration was very very nicely explained to us. There were many things which we were doing wrong and the demo person tought us everything very patiently. It was not just for formality that they give you the demo. Pros:

Efficient Cleaning: I’m impressed with the suction power, especially on low mode. It effectively picks up dust, dirt, and pet hair from both hard floors and carpets. The various attachments allow for versatile cleaning in different areas.
Long Battery Life (Low Mode): The low-power mode offers a surprisingly long runtime, which is perfect for regular cleaning tasks.
Good Value for Money: Considering the features and performance, I believe the AGARO Supreme provides excellent value for its price point.
Cons:
Battery Life (Higher Modes): While the low mode offers good runtime, the higher suction modes drain the battery faster. This might be a concern for larger cleaning jobs.
Noise Level: The vacuum can get a bit noisy on higher power settings, which might be bothersome for some users.

The product was working fine but after using it for a month the handle inside the main body was broken because it was stuck when i was trying to clean it. I called the helpline asking them if I can get a replacement. I spoke to them on April and now I have received the replacement in July. The product works well and the customer service is responsive although it took quite a while to get my replacement. But I would recommend purchasing the product because it is easy to use and does its job of cleaning effectively.

Very useful for routine and deep cleaning very handy I can say… Lot of research I did for vaccum cleaner want to take Dyson but cost wise not convinced when it comes to Agaro vaccum cleaner very functional cost reasonable very useful I got it for 13000.. noise minimum level I must say it’s must product for busy schedules..
