I must admit that I am very much satisfied with the functioning of the product after 2 weeks of use. It does a very decent job of brooming and mopping the floors. I would have given a 5 star rating if not for the following:
1. No ready to use documentation available to provide information on which app to download for setup and use. Required a bit of searching around to find the correct app, which is ‘Smart Life’.
2. The warranty registration is a tedious process. Even after 2 weeks, I still have no info on whether the warranty registration has been completed or not. No online warranty registration available (which is a very basic requirement these days).
3. The floor map editing capabilities provided in the app is very limited and does not provide many customisation options. For example, room split can be done only based on how the app feels appropriate and cannot be done based on our needs.
Again none of these are issues affecting the functioning of the device and hence maybe considered as more of suggestions for improvement.

Well the product is amazing and it actually does what it claims. I’ve been using it since few days and did not find a single issue with it. Purchased it after going through many reviews. The e- demo was pretty straight forward and they took time to clear all the doubts.
Now coming to the robo part. It’s very nice looking and sensors all over for what not what all, looks like a UFO from outer space…jokes apart it cleans and mops very well my 1200 SFT flat. The noise levels are really low for something so powerful and it moves faster than most in the market, trust me I’ve seen other demos. It’s very durable and motors are quite string since I’ve noticed it pushing my wooden stool with its head lol.
To add to it the best part is support since Eureka Forbes service centres are everywhere.
Well I made the right choice…Would recommend to go for it; oh more more thing…couple it with smart life app and watch it work wonders

It’s a good product. It’s a must for those who live in houses with bigger rooms and who don’t have time to properly clean the rooms. It’s super silent usually vacuum cleaners identified with lot of noise, but this one is an exception. it takes a while to clean a room. It first goes along the borders of the room and then starts cleaning the room. It doesn’t clean corners of the rooms properly objects like wires and some plastic items sometimes could trouble it. Though it has a mopping cloth it doesn’t remove stains nor it is as effective as it’s expected to be. It deeply cleans under cots and sofas which are hard to reach and boring to clean with this vaccum cleaner it’s a breeze though it does work on it’s own we should keep an eye

The media could not be loaded.
This is a good solution for those who have small kids who regularly keep you on toes for cleaning . Also if you prefer dry cleaning over wet mopping this performs very well . Wet mopping function is not very good as it takes too much time and still leaves marks .
Secondly, unlike others its spares are not easily available apart from eureka which will charge a premium for same .
