Why does Eureka Forbes even make such a substandard gadget. And not have any replacement or return facility. You will be making a horrible mistake to buy this. If Eureka Forbes is at all interested in its customers, they will refund for this piece of garbage that I now have no use of.

Best vaccum cleaner for beginners, with great suction power with blower function. We can clean all surface except wet surface. Virtual live Demo is presented by Priya mam from Eureka forbe, it’s really fabulous, easy to understand about the product, finally with this amount, it’s really value for money.

Posting the review after using the product for almost a year. Suction is good and carpet/bed cleaning is very easy.
A little noisy once turned on, that could be better.
Overall a wonderful product for a resonable price.

Suction power is good for home use. The suction intensity can be adjusted via the dial. Cord length could be increased, but good enough for flats. The quality of the main suction pipe is ordinary, so expect cuts and tears to it if pulled or twisted with force. In older models the main pipe had swivel connectors at both ends so any twists and turns could be sorted automatically. This one has swivel head only on the upper side and not at the vaccuum neck…so again would be a point of failure in the long run. Overall, does a good job but not sure if it will last (our older vaccuum is still operational even after 20 yrs).

The product is very average. Can’t expect more from it. When I bought from Amazon I was promised byvthe brand for a free demo. It for a gift to my aunt and she didn’t know how to be use it. After delivery the company denied an onsite demo service and informed that they do not provide it. Suction power is also very average

As you can clearly see the MRP is 5199 while on Amazon it’s shown as 5999. It’s like selling a 10 re lays for 15rs. I have complained to Amazon customer service but as usual nothing happened and they are rude, ignorant and couldn’t care less. Product overall is okay. If you use it for more than 15-20 mins the vent will become really hot and the power rod is not lengthy.
But it’s a fraud and scam regarding the MRP listed which is a shame.
Amazon customer service is just awful and pathetic.
