It is a very good utility to have for large apartments.
Following are my findings on its working after using it for 1 week. These might be useful for users.
1. Guide the robo with remote to complete the cleaning within short time.
2. Spiral mode of cleaning is useful for rooms with obstacles (like sofa, chairs, table, etc).
3. If you are unsure which mode to use, then use auto mode. It does decent job on all kinds of rooms. It automatically switches between spiral, zigzag and edge cleaning based on the frequency with which it hits obstacles on the floor.
4. It’s suction power is great. It is also able to remove small wire pieces (3 inch length) and also fine dust particles. My house is now much cleaner than the previous manual cleaning by a maid.
5. It cannot go to its home (charging station) eventhough the distance is very short (2-3 feet). Even this task also requires manual guidance in order to use its battery optimally.
6. One should remove door mats before cleaning. Robo gets stuck within the doormats and can’t come out on itself.

I bought this when I was unwell, and couldn’t function. I used both functions — vacuuming and mopping — extensively. I still use it regularly. It does a good enough job of vacuuming. My house anyway doesn’t have a lot of dust problem. But you can tell that it picks up dirt well. You’d have to pick up bigger pieces yourself, though. Actually, it was quite useful recently when a glass broke. It vacuumed the small particles thoroughly.
I prefer mopping with a traditional mop because you can apply more pressure to clean. It also doesn’t clean tight corners, so I end up doing it on my own.
– Strings and strands of hair get stuck in the brush, which is annoying. Since it’s a basic model and doesn’t have the mapping feature, you might need to keep checking on it. Also because it stops working if it gets stuck somewhere or when stuff like doormat, wire, etc get stuck in its wheels.
For the price range, it’s decent. But if you can stretch the budget and get a more advanced model, it might be better.

It is mentioned while purchasing that a free demo will be provided. But don’t think it’ll be a company person visiting to demo the product. By Free demo, they mean, a video link to understand installation by our own. ‘Free demo’ word is a trap there! But anyway, I’ve used the product for dry and wet mopping and the suction is really good. It cleans even the minute dust on the floor. Only drawback is corners of the house will be left untouched as it can’t get into the corners to clean. However, still this is an excellent buy for working women. If you have a higher budget, do go for an advanced version of the robo.

Excellent product! We have a 4 BHK home and no maid. So it is just us using the robot extensively to keep the place clean. You have to keep an eye so that he (we consider him our robot butler and even have a name for him) does not get stuck in wires etc. But he has made our life much easier. We put him into a room, close the doors and time it. 20 mins, he is done in each room. Bigger rooms 30 mins or 45 mins. He is sensitive to sunlight (because of his spatial detection) mechanism. Quite smart. We have been cleaning our home with him for 2 months now. We do not use the mopping function. Just the vacuum. The water storage is too small. But it is superbly worth it. Love it. I feel like buying another to speed things up. Can’t go back to regular vacuum cleaner or sweeping etc. We have stopped using a maid since the pandemic so we are heavy users of this product. I use the remote and the direction controls when I want to do a particular spot. But most of the time, we just deploy and close the door for 15/20/30 mins etc . Set a timer and move to another room while we do other stuff. Have to clean the filter often but it is easy.

I am writting to let you know how this product helped me and my family in our busy schedule.
First of all, I have not used similar products earlier and was not sure how it may perform. So thought of going for a budget product to be on the safer side, and Eureka forbes as a brand was the obvious choice. Once we started using the product, I was surprised to see how this cleans out the smallest dust particles which by a groom or a mop we cannot practically do. This is a must have to homes where there are small babies.
The demo was arranged virtually on a zoom platform. The presentation by Ms. Priya was super easy to understand and she cleared the doubts we had.
This is a basic product which does its job perfectly, next upgrade will be an advanced model which maps the home and which can be controlled using a smartphone.
I will definitely recommend this.

It has not even been a year, since I have bought this product. I had called the customer service as I started facing problems with the product and it needed a repair. But the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced …. Horrible. I keep raising service requests and they keep cancelling it, without even collecting the details. And the product is in warranty too. Looks like they are waiting for the warranty to expire.
Please DONOT buy this product. Though the product is good, customer service is horrible. Not sure if I will ever be able to use the product again with such service??!!
