First off the product is okay, not all bad. But the app is a completely humbug. For all the gyan and money they take for setting up the location, scanning etc, it does not work properly.
Second, if you buy from Amazon, the demo they promise is ONLY a few videos which they have and those you can see on youtube anyway.
Third, no one will answer your doubts or help you set up or clarify. NO SERVICE.
Fourth. The dry wipe does the job. But you have to be around as the machine stops once in a while on its own. The wet mopping is a joke.
Fifth After seeing this review if you buy from Eureka Forbes directly, their sales people are worse. They will ask you to pay. And then keep silent and no commitment on delivery.
Sixth. If you do buy from Eureka Forbes. You will pay full price no deals. So beware. The dry mop model costs 3k more than amazon.
Amazon should REMOVE the service and installing prompt on the product.

I am writing this review after using for ~4 months of daily usage. Product and functionality are as expected ..
1. sweep function is good, not all corners are covered
2. Suction capacity is good, and as expected, we have control to increase or decrease the power of suction
3. Wet Mop functionality is not as expected .. its very minimal .. dont expect it to mop like humans do. Its just a very basic mop, it doesnt clean hard stains
4. App control functionality is super cool ..
5. Sensor laser mapping and object detection are efficient enough
6. Sometimes the robot seems to get lost while cleaning , without any reason, but once we switch off and switch on back , all functionality restored normally
7. brushes and mop seems to be deforming very soon, and they might require replacement in less than 6 months
Update : after sales customer service is pathetic & no spares available .. I have service requests opened multiple times, but no response for more than 2 months now

Regretting after buying this product from Eureka Forbes. Their after sales service is pathetic. After 1.5 year my Robo battery started discharging within 10 minutes of use. Ok with that also because battery might have gone. I raised ticket with Eureka Forbes atleast 5-6 times to diagnoise the issue and provide a new battery if required. But every time the tickets were closed automatically from their side without any technician visiting my place and top of it i used to get calls the next day from Eureka forbes feedback team asking for feedback. They were at least not even aware of whether their technician had done the job assigned to him. Waste of money and time. I should have gone for some other Vendor in the market.

Great product for daily housekeeping. Reach each and every corner of the house automatically. If you have pet and kids at home then this is the one you must have at your home. Eureka Forbes presenter (Ms Priya) gives you the instructions which is very clear and easy to understand your machine.

Update: After much pleading the Robo was replaced and now it seems to be efficiently working. It has been 6 months.
Forbes Robo Lvac – Bought mine on November, Recently the left arm stopped working.
I have been calling, texting and emailing the customer service and no one shows up to solve my problem. It has become a bitter experience. I am writing this from Bangalore at the moment.
I bought Eureka Forbes for thier service center access. Seems this is a let down too.

Update 29-Sep-2024: Do Not Buy this product.
App has completely stopped working since last 3 weeks and won’t let me log in or reset password.
Have tried the app on Android and iOS devices. Both give same errors.
You can only buy the battery from Forbes for Rs ~6k and the battery they provide is of poor quality. My last battery replacement lasted less than 6 months. The same model battery is available on the open market for ~2k but the Forbes robot does not allow you to charge it through the robot itself. It seems Forbes wants to keep control of their machines and make money on spare parts and consumable like their AURA water purifiers.

The cleaning and mopping function of the robot is good however I only use the cleaning and not the mopping. After a few months, the mopping mode starts leaving faint lines on the tiles that have to be manually mopped up later.
The app works only after you give it access to all settings like locations services and wifi.
I am able to use the app on my iOS and Android devices both (only one login is active at a time).
You can watch the robo map your floor plan live in the app and give commands from the app itself.
Very handy functionality.

We bought the Robo Lvac in December, 2021 after using for 3 – 4 months, it stopped working properly and honestly after long and tedious follow up, they sorted out the problem. We are happy now as its a great relief to have this product and also we are fully dependant on this, Robo Lvac,

Review is after using product for more than a month . Product is working fine and is very useful produt . It vaccums and mops floor nicely and effectively . It is best for corners and areas with holes and depressions which do not get cleaned with regulrly brooming .
It would have been even better had it got higher battery capacity and water storage facility .
