We bought this one year ago. It was working fine for few months. Initially it used to run automatically for atleast 1&1/2 hours after charging for 3 to 4 hrs. After three months gradually the charge was low and the machine worked for only 1 hr, after 6 months worked for 1/2 hr and after 9 months hardly ran for 15 min. We have raised a complaint to Eureka Forbes to rectify the problem in July 2022(9 months after the purchase time). EUREKA FORBES HAS ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE TEAM I HAVE EVER SEEN. initially one person came and he said he will get a new battery. He got the bill details and never returned. We again raised a complaint. Then another person came and took the machine to their service centre, kept for a week and returned saying the problem has been rectified. They said the machine is working fine. One senior service person said for products bought online the warranty will not apply ! Then after another complaint they again took the machine and kept for 10 days and guess what, the machine was returned in the same condition. They said the battery was changed. After the above hassles and no rectification, we again raised a complaint and a person from Eureka Forbes called and they said they will replace with a new product within 7 working days, since our problem was not resolved. We were very happy. But our happiness was short lived since we didn’t get any further notification or the new product from Eureka Forbes. Then on contacting them they said the product was working fine and they will not replace the product. They they added that for any further service request we will charged and for any parts to be changed we will have to pay, even if it is in the warranty period.
We decided to throw the machine in the dustbin and get a better product.
This machine is not worth 19,200.
Friends please suggest a better product which works really fine.

Introduction:-
I bought this Robot vacuum cleaner after checking out all the other ones found this one to be perfect for my needs. Now before you read the Pros and Cons you need to read this. This is not a substitute for manual sweeping and mopping. Then why buy it? The reasons for others can be many but for me I find this kind of robot vacuum ok because of two things. You run it on a daily basis and it sweeps the floor I can say 98%. Second the older you get, it gets difficult for you to sweep the floor or maybe you are not in a financial position to keep a maid. This vacuum takes away that headache and makes you free from sweeping the floor with a broom on a daily basis. Now this review is based on two days use.
Pros:-
When we say Robot it’s not 100% robot. It does not keep the map of your room or rooms but it does a fantastic job while cleaning. The best part I like is the remote which can change the mode of cleaning in the process or even change the orientation of the vacuum. You can control its path and even guide it to the next room if you want to override cleaning another room. No it does not have an app and it’s not connected to one. Suction power is 1200PA which I feel is really good. Now you don’t scatter things in your house and tell the vacuum cleaner to suck it but as long as you don’t have little kids its ok. It has cleaned the edges really good, and also the floor. It sucks long hair, and has a dust box which is good for two days cleaning. Now that all depends on how dirty your house is. The dust box has two filters and I think one is heap. It has different modes. Starts on auto mode. You can change the mode on the remote. Forbes gives two extra brushes and a filter. It doesn’t make much sound, and it bumps into obstacles, but has a bumper which cushions it. Wall skirting’s etc. it does not bump into because the sensors detect it, whereas maybe your chair leg it might not detect but bumps into it and the bumper really cushions it. You can schedule it also to start at a particular time every day. When the battery ( For me it worked for more than 90 minutes) goes down the robot goes into the home mode. It detects its base and starts moving to the base and gets docked on to it for charging its batteries. One charge takes about 3 to 4 hours. But for me in a 3 bhk 90 minutes is more than enough. If you operate it on a daily basis your house will be clean. It has a voice notification too.
Cons:-
It doesn’t work on an app or wifi. ( Infact to me it’s an advantage because I feel complications are less)
Long hair gets twisted on to the brush and the base of the brush, but this doesn’t stop the vacuum working. You can clean those out.
Hand held vacuums should be used once in twice a month . Those have an advantage that you can hold the suction tube and vacuum places above the ground level.
Mopping is not anything to talk about. The water is just only 5ML.
Conclusion:-
I find this vacuum perfect. It’s a new product, just launched in October. Made in china but I find the build etc. to be of good quality. After all Forbes won’t manufacture anything without quality. This is useful for working couples, having kids above 6 years who won’t throw things like food etc. around the house and also for people above 60 who will find it difficult to do sweeping on a daily basis. Just start the robot and leave it till it cleans and drains its batteries and comes back to the dock for charging. Overall I am happy as of now and to me its value for money and a good buy. Now I need to see in the coming months, if any other Cons are there but I feel that since its Forbes there would be after sales service.
UPDATE
22/12/20- almost 3 weeks since i bought it. It’s been working perfectly and also I have found that first do the general auto mode cleaning and then use the mopping . It’s been doing a good job. When I see comments like there’s no manual etc I can’t understand because it’s not rocket science to operate it. Or else check in YouTube for the video. So those are all unfound fears. I would say go for it. Suction wise it’s doing a good job .
2nd UPDATE- 4 months now after purchase and has been using it almost alternate days. Looks to be a workhorse. I do take out the brushes once in a while. Like all robot cleaners hair does get wound up below and needs to be taken out once in a while. Suction is superb, unlike what some people have said. Overall I am quite happy with the product. Will give a updated review after 2 months again.

Overall, we are quite happy with the product. It definitely makes our life easier and we feel more in control of our chores. The best thing is one does not have to depend on anyone for brooming and mopping. It does the job quite well with some manual intervention like handling the remote etc. However, the product seems a bit overpriced as it’s a basic unit with some sensors. I would expect it to support at least some voice command or instructions given the price. Also, one of the bristles was broken after the unit got a little stuck on a carpet, which means the build quality of bristle arms is very weak. This definitely needs to be improved. The good thing is you get a pair of extra bristles, an extra air filter and an extra mopping cloth as well. The suction unit is decent as it picks all the dust hair, tiny paper crumbs, and food particles. However it does not pick up rubber crumbs that you get from erasers. The spot cleaning function is not that great. It does not clean dry spots at all. The wet mopping function needs improvement.
