I was hesitant to use Smart Clean Nuo on my delicate wooden furniture at first, but I’m so glad I did. It’s gentle enough that it doesn’t damage the surface, but it still cleans thoroughly. I’ve also used it on my leather sofa and found it works well without leaving any marks or sticky residue. The fact that it’s gentle but effective makes it a perfect choice for delicate surfaces in my home.

This is a good solution for those who have small kids who regularly keep you on toes for cleaning . Also if you prefer dry cleaning over wet mopping this performs very well . Wet mopping function is not very good as it takes too much time and still leaves marks .
Secondly, unlike others its spares are not easily available apart from eureka which will charge a premium for same .

Poor wet mopping
Easily gets disoriented
High on price ( except occasionally when they drop price )
Will not replace your house help if you plan to !

I have two cats, and keeping my house fur-free can be a challenge. But Smart Clean Nuo handles pet hair and dirt really well. It’s safe for my pets since it doesn’t contain harsh chemicals, and it doesn’t leave a residue that I need to worry about. I’ve noticed that it also works wonders on stubborn spots and pet accidents. My floors and furniture look and feel clean after every use. It’s a relief to have a cleaner I can trust around my pets and still get great results.

Smart Clean Nuo is my go-to product for quick clean-ups. Whether it’s spilled juice, dust on the shelves, or dirty countertops, it gets the job done fast. I like that I don’t need to spend too much time scrubbing because it lifts dirt easily. I also use it when guests are coming over and need to clean up in a hurry. It’s effective, and the light scent it leaves makes the house feel instantly refreshed.

I must admit that I am very much satisfied with the functioning of the product after 2 weeks of use. It does a very decent job of brooming and mopping the floors. I would have given a 5 star rating if not for the following:
1. No ready to use documentation available to provide information on which app to download for setup and use. Required a bit of searching around to find the correct app, which is ‘Smart Life’.
2. The warranty registration is a tedious process. Even after 2 weeks, I still have no info on whether the warranty registration has been completed or not. No online warranty registration available (which is a very basic requirement these days).
3. The floor map editing capabilities provided in the app is very limited and does not provide many customisation options. For example, room split can be done only based on how the app feels appropriate and cannot be done based on our needs.
Again none of these are issues affecting the functioning of the device and hence maybe considered as more of suggestions for improvement.
