this robot vacuum is a solid addition to any home cleaning routine. it does a great job picking up dust and debris, and it’s impressively quiet while doing so. the noise level is low enough that it won’t disturb you during work or relaxation. while it doesn’t clean every corner to absolute perfection, about 98% of the dirt is tackled. it’s still a reliable and efficient device. it’s perfect for regular upkeep, but you might need to do a little manual touch-up now and then. overall, it’s a worthwhile investment for keeping your floors tidy with minimal effort.

I bought this item on 14th of March barely used it 3 to 4 times, after which it started showing an error saying the side brush is stuck .on 29th of March. I put in a complain, I was told that for someone will come and visit since then until today,Practically every day I have made a call the complaint has been registered five times and every time the operator will tell me please give us a last chance, but somebody will definitely come and visit you today, the worst part is when you ask them is there a service centre that I can take it to they say,we don’t have information about that but we assure you that somebody will come and definitely visit you
Every time you call up the number, you have to first hold for 15 minutes and after that barely somebody will pick up and just say one line we assure that we somebody will definitely attempt to come to you as soon as possible.
If I try to look for a service centre, it shows me various locations with no telephone number given,I don’t even know if I take it to the service centre will they be able to rectify the problem or should I just keep endlessly waiting for the engineer
What’s the point in buying a robovac when I am not able to use it I am a professional a doctor and the reason I bought this was so that my cleaning issues would be solved, but unfortunately it’s the worst company that I have come across.
Their tagline is Friend for life, and I would say Never ever have this kind of a friend.
The other thing that I would like to highlight is nowadays, every gadget that you buy normally you would have someone to give you the demo. They very conveniently said we will put you on a video demo and after that nobody even bother to ask that have you understood do you want to physical demo or not? I’m still technology ol savvy so I could pick it up faster, but I pity the senior citizens because I don’t think it would be very easy for them to understand from a video demo.
Very very bad service from the company would never recommend anyone to buy a Robovac at least from Eureka Fobes

God product, value for money. But sometimes keeps cleaning one side of the room and does not cleans the other area in the room. Then we have to use manual mode and move it other area. Manufacturer has to work on this.

What prompted me to write this is the pathetic service that too within warranty period.
After 6 months of occasional use, the machine stopped abruptly one fine day. After multiple service requests, 3 weeks ago, the service guy took away my machine with him as it needed battery replacent assuring that they will return my machine in 3 working days. Its been 3 weeks, and even now I dont know whether I will get it back or not. Now local service centre people are reluctant to attend my calls. But i keep on getting feedback calls from call centre, use to tell them my issue, they will raise a complaint, the complaint raised will be closed automatically in 3 days and new feedback will come… this vicious cycle goes on as if I am stuck in a time loop.
Regarding the machine:
1. Easy to use, as it can be easily navigated via mobile app
2. Sleek appearance
3. It is meant to sweep small dust particles only. Hair/Toffee wraps/ small threads/ small snack particles .. will be stuck under the machine, without getting sucked inside.
4. Corners are not entirely covered
5. Charging is easy as it will go to charging portal automatically( Mine is not getting charged at all now)
6. Again.. pathetic service even during warranty period.
Verdict: This machine is never an alternative for conventional vacuum cleaner in terms of efficiency

I purchased eureka forbes robo vac mop nuo and is very good one cleans the minute dust and mops very clearly. I m a busy working doctor n have very less time for household works n not having a maid at home n m having 3 kids who r really mess n we should clean home properly also. Please go for it. N next time i ll definitely go for upgraded version in which 2 brooms r there in both side for more easy n time consuming process. And the demo arranged nex day was also helpful thanku so much eureka forbes team
