I was confused between this and Dyson. I went for this product purely because of the mop function. I liked it a lot for the amount of hidden dust it collects. It works like a charm in all surfaces. The roller suffers a bit at times in the carpet, but does a decent job of cleaning it. Mop is good to have, but don’t expect it to replace the usual mopping. I am disappointed when it comes to the accessories, they could have provided a couple more which you find along with any basic vacuum cleaner. Otherwise it’s a decent buy, no regrets.

First of all, suction is very weak. Now barely within 6 months of using (not even roughly handled), parts are coming off..for eg after 3 months, the tiny pin like connector in the mop head broke. Then the adhesive strip given to hold the mop came off..doesn’t give a sturdy feel at all..average cleaning quality, given the hefty price…to add to our woes, customer service is zero..no help at all, instead, they’re trying to sell a spare worth 5k..forget buying something that doesn’t have good service..really a disappointment

I got it delivered today.. Its best features are vaccum and mop.. Suction is just ok.. But the most frustrating and difficult part for me is that it’s too heavy for me.. After 10 mins of vaccum plus mopping it made me really tired and after cleaning the entire house, I was way too tired..

The suction power of the cleaner is not too great. After 6 months of usage, it is horrible. I would expect better quality for the price and from a brand like Philips.
Update- no support from Amazon or Philips inspite of product being less than 1year old. Hence reducing another star

Stopped working in less than 2 years. Service centre informed it is unrepairable as spare is not available. After escalation to social media they informed service cost Rs.13,000 i.e. 43% of purchase price. Will you still buy it or any philips product?

Not worth buying.. not atleast for indian household.. broom and mop is best. And this is waste of money.. only thing ot does properly is clean sofa with dust.. moping and vacuming is same as broom and mop in context of cleaning and time taken no difference.. it doesn’t even clean carpet properly it depends upon type of carpet you have.. i have a fluffy carpet which this vaccum can’t clean.. i used it for one day after buying my hand was sore next day.. charge also goes fast just after cleaning one room charge was off on high power mode so waste of time and money.. its not better than broom and mop.

Philips SpeedPro Aqua may appear to be expensive but the value I got has been immense. It’s loaded with features I wanted but had never expressed or expected. The cordless stick, Vacuum cleaning and mopping clearly make it a winner. If making life at home easier costs a bit more, evaluate the pros and cons instead of hasty decision. I’m very happy with my decision to buy Philips SpeedPro Aqua

It’s tough for working professionals like me to devote time to housekeeping. A good vacuum cleaner is a necessary 1st step. After some research, I zeroed in on Philips SpeedPro Aqua. Features I can vouch for are:
1. Powerful and fast, with minimal effort
2. 3-in-1 cleaning – Vacuum, Mop and Handheld – my wow moment!
3. Powerful Lithium Ion battery which makes its use convenient
4. Washable filter
There seems to be a host of other features I have not yet explored
