LG products are usually very good quality. I have been using LG AC, refrigerator, washing machine. So went with LG for microwave also. So far so good. The product came in nicely packed. The delivery person unboxed the package and showed all the components. He even helped to place the microwave on top of the table. All in all very satisfied. The microwave worked as expected.

I purchased this microwave on Nov 2020 delivery everything is ok but product is defective. Heating and black stain on heating spot. Need replacement of this defective product but neither customer care or service vendor bother to resolve this. One department is saying another will do actually no one is doing. Product is defective need only replacement as per warranty under manufacturers. I feel once product is sold after service doesn’t matter for company now feel I am cheated poor after sale service.

There is no direct button for keep warm feature, initially I thought this feature is not present and felt cheated , even trainer came from LG not able to explain keep warm feature, later on experience my self found the way for keep warm active , by selecting conv–40 degree– 99 minutes at one program is possible,
Over all performance is good , power is 800 watts only , you need to experiment if you want milk boiled in it , as there is no direct program, but it does the job manually
