Defective product received. A large dent at the rear left corner. Very dissatisfied with the product which came with a dent. And after talking on call for more than 12 minutes, they informed us that well, return isn’t applicable for the product, full refund can be done only.
So my urgent need of using this product has gone in vain.
AMAZON higher experts please look into this. If you are showing a replacement policy do abide by it.

1.Delivery was on-time as per delivery schedule
2. Product packaging was good.
3. Tye product delivered was brand new and very recent.
4. Demo was automatically scheduled and illustrated well.
5. LG offers free cooking and usage lessons for the product.
6. Comes with with a cookbook and the usage manual itself has a lot of recipies and use cases.
7. It has stainless steel inside.
8. Product functions normally
Most importantly I owned other LG appliances and felt LG offers the most bang for the buck and customer service is good with standard demo and registration after the product is delivered. LG product always have well thought out nifty features and convenience which I find others lacking.
I will update long term usage later.
