This is a very good product. It is very spacious with very good size of heating plate.. performance is really good. It is durable and comes with auto cook menu features..

Defective product, don’t buy from amazon. Its worth paying few rs more from a shop. You may get it less price too. The product stopped working in 3 days. Called amazon and they refused to replace even though app shows its eligible for replacement. Had to call LG service and they need to replace parts in new machine.

Product is good..it has a lot of options, however it came without manual booklet.. so went thru multiple calls with customer service but unable to get help from them.. after the research I got the manual downloaded from internet. So only deducting one star otherwise it’s a 5 star ⭐ microwave

I bought the oven by looking at the size mentioned in the picture (as per my shelf size). But they didn’t mention the back portion size. The back portion is bulged and due to the the size varies and I couldn’t keep the oven in the assigned portion of my kitchen.
Product is excellent but in the package there was not recipe book as well –
very much satisfied as I am using it for the last few months
