Got this in sale at good price 17.5k… All the functions work great.. charcoal thing is hipe… I agree that they get hot much quiler ther rod ones… But thats it.. nothing more about it.. scan to cook feature is great.. in the app you get recipe alkng with command you can sent to oven…. Overall i am verymuch satisfied the the purchase

The Outside steel material and quality of plastics used are average, performance is good. But, there are few items missing from the box which are present when bought from the store instead of Amazon.
1) LG cookbooks – The recipe books contain essential information about the codes of recipe for dishes to cook, essentially making unable to utilize the 301 cookbook mode of the oven.
2) Pasteurization kit – Oven has the mode to pasteurize milk but requires an accessory which comes in the box, if that accessory is missing then what’s the point in having that mode?
Also, this means the seller has opened the sealed box before delivering it to the customer!!
