We have bought after checking review on Amazon and other website we can see more than 70 thousand people bought this so we also purchase ( now no option to change)
– Stop button we need to press multiple times
– even after we stop heating still machine keep active for some time
– cooling process too slow – it’s almost took 3.5 half to cool down again
– too much noise as compare to LG( used in my office)
– No Handle to pick the oven ( not much impact) but if you want to pick and clean the oven there is no handle place to carry you need to pick complete oven
I don’t know if other oven also have same issue …

Overall okay but it’s handle has broken off twice. Company charges around 2000 for replacement and it is size specific so can’t get it replaced from outside.
