Bought 2 units. One is very good. Another one making lot of noise. No attention from the service units.

The product is superb, looks good and working properly. Actually, IFB is one of the trusted name in home appliances. This is a value for money product.
But really not happy with the installation process. The person who came for it was inefficient and his primary motive was to sell extended warranty and other services. When I said I would go for it online he lost all interests and left the place in a hurry without giving a proper demo.
I draw the attention of Amazon & IFB too in this regard.

IFB microwave is the best. Works as you expect it, best. The technicians are helpful as well.
However, the plastic container that came with this claim microwave proof but they are not.
The plastic items are idli making set and another plastic bowl with cover and laddle.
I cooked rice and boiled potato in that bowl and the inner plastic started became bad. White spots were visible as if the outer layers came off. With each cooking it got worse.
So, plastic containers are not reliable to cook food directly.
If your see white spots on the plastic container stop using that to keep food or cook.
Rest of the accessories like steel racks, rottiserie rods, the micro proof dish, and papad rack were well high quality.
I’m satisfied with this purchase. Check YouTube video before buying if you can.

Overall the IFB OMG’s (capacity is of 30 litres) performance in all three modes ( microwave, baking & grilling) has been quite good, though these are initial days. A good thing is that IFB along with the basic accessories also gave a rotisserie & it’s handle, and 2 numbers of grill rack besides, a grill cum crumb collection round pan. All the combinations required for cooking like convection+grill or microvave+turn grill etc. has been fully covered with appropriate pads on the panel.
One of the drawback in the case of all OMG’s, whichever brand it maybe, is that in the convection as well as grill mode the heating element is only on the top of the case & an extra heating element
cannot be placed at the bottom because of the glass turntable. This affects the overall cooking as well as it’s speed like in the case of pizzas, grilled meat ( though with a rotisserie, grilling is not affected as much as baking) etc. as it’s bottom does not cook as well as it’s top due to lack of heating element at the bottom. Hence, baking of pizzas & grilling of meat is far better and faster in an OTG rather than in an OMG. My take is that one should buy either a stand alone microwave or at the most a microwave with a grill. For convection & grill cooking it is best to opt for an OTG.
