I purchased this on 17 th May. In just a matter of 2 months the outer covering on top is starting to rust. There are tiny eruptions. I am horrified that there is no guarantee of replacement for such parts. Obviously the quality of metal and more so the paint used is of inferior quality. Very disappointed and would not recommend this brand of microvawe to anyone. Previously I owned microwaves of other brands which lasted many years. Each time the door is opened the noise it makes is indicative of inferior metal. Overall a bad product.

Too much noisy when being used for heating
No option to increment time in small chunks like 10 second
Clock setting gets reset when power is switched off

Using this for years now. Very good and worth for money. We cant leave a day without this now. Defrosting any frozen items is also a breeze now.
Use good quality bowls, it will last forever.

Microwave functionality is very basic, we don’t need to go for super expensive products. it’s a great value for money and does the job pretty well – heats up food quickly. Great looks.
