Excellent Microwave, better than Samsung which I have used earlier. Samsung is cheaper but really now using Panasonic now realizing value for money paid extra for this one.
All its functions of Microwave, Grill and Convection are working very well.

Shutdown completely after 3 years of use. It had problems from month 3 . It was making all kinds of weird nosies. Food would spark and burn inside the oven. Even when it was not working it would make strange buzzing noises. After sales service was OK. But their chat bot Arbo is a bit crazy. and takes you into a loop from which it wont exit from.

I am cooking everything in this oven. A few days back I was eating only maggi and boiled eggs. Now I am baking cakes and cooking tandoori chcken in this oven. It’s so easy, I feel the the effort required is less.

I have been using Panasonic products for long now. For me, Panasonic has always been a go-to product because of the quality. Be it TVs, Micro’s, toasters etc. It has never let me down.
Microwave is good. Awesome for heating meals. Grilling is very good, so is baking. This model is similar to an earlier one i owned (6 years, problem free) but with a couple of added features like air-fryer (Yet to try, but no reference to it in the menu) and twin-turbo (Shouldn’t cooking be slow? I will not use this feature).
Except for a couple of niggles like the door making a loud opening/closing sound and the sound of the machine when the micro is turned on can be a put off sometimes. Also, the legs should come inbuilt with an antislip feature. But this is an issue with almost all microwaves.

Seems to be quite nice and now over a month and no issues. Bit confusing at times but lots of functions for many types of cooking. Have not tried any of the auto program functions yet. Unless you intend to be doing almost all your cooking with Micro can go for more economic options with some basic functions.
