Ottimo piano; l’ho acquistato il più simile possibile a quello che ho nell’altra cucina, al lavoro, con diversi anni di lavoro alle spalle, oltre 10 e che non mi ha mai dato problemi.
Questo é molto più pratico e diretto nell’acesso alla regolazione delle potenze durante la cottura.
L’ho preso col bordo in acciaio per non rischiare di sbattere lateralmente contro il vetro andando così a rischiare di danneggiarlo; purtroppo se ne trovano pochissimi sul mercato col bordo d’acciaio. Non ho ancora tarato il livello di potenza perché se non ricordo male fra le caratteristiche dovrebbe esserci una sorta di funzione di adattamento in base ai Kw. disponibili in casa. Pur avendone disponibili 4,5, ad oggi la corrente non é mai saltata.
