Amazon Customer –
Although the product is good, there is no customer service. The product will last for 3-4 years and one has to discard. No response even after multiple service request.
Placeholder –
There are following issues if you buy this product online –
1. This is not a Amazon fulfilled product so the seller ships it using DTDC which increases the risk of breakage for the glass product.
2. If the product is faulty there is no free pick up provided by Amazon and buyer has to ship back this huge thing at his/her expenses.
3. Bosch has extremely poor service standard contrary to their brand name. My service request is outstanding for 7 days now. No response to escalation calls or emails. Service parts are very pricey. Try to find few on Amazon only.
4. Price is not competitive online. Buy the product from dealer at a lesser price and you will get better attention from Bosch as well.
5. Built quality is not that different from Elica or Kaff who have better service standards.
