I was on the lookout to replace my old four-burner glass top with a three-burner one and found this one. Assuming Glen to be better company than Prestige & Pigeon I ordered this stove. On receipt of this product I realized there is a serious design flaw. The cell that is put in for auto-ignition is under and inside the body and has a cap that is to be opened with a screwdriver.
In my earlier Prestige cooktop it was conveniently located at the backside of the top which my wife could easily replace. But putting a cell in this is a real struggle for me. I had to flip it over and open the Cap with a screwdriver.
That was not all the spark ends near the burner are not reliable at all and do not function at all times so one had to use a lighter to prevent any major accident.
After a few months the flame control switches started behaving differently we had to see under the utensil to check if the flame was high or low. I doubt if the burners are copper they need to be cleaned very often.
Now one of the knobs has come out and we are using it as a two-burner gas stove.
I think it was built not to last now I’m getting my kitchen made and in the market to buy a hob & chimney. The Glen experience has made sure not to consider it for the future.

1. Very important: It is sem automatic, after turning the knob, you need to press the in-built lighter button to ignite it.
In fully automatic stoves, when we turn on the knob automatically spark is generated for ignition. So, this is not fully automatic.
2. The description says it is 39 cm, but actually it is just 33 cm. Length and depth mentioned is right.
So, it is much compact than other 3 burner stoves (which worked out great for me, bu if your requirement is to have big vessels on all burners, it won’t be a very good option.
3. The knob design is very bad, all black and from distance it is difficult to recognise if it is On or Off (A color at one end would have been much better to understand)
4. The steel dip tray cannot be removed for cleaning.
5. It needs battery for ignition (heard that battery lasts for a year, but I doubt)
6. The service (in Bangalore) is awesome, I had an issue with one of the sparks, called customer care and they registered the query and sent technician to fix. 5 stars for the service.
So, my opinion is if you are ok with semi automatic stove and compact one, then go for it.

I purchase Glen cooktop in Nov 2021 through Amazon when there was Diwali Sale. I am using it comfortably. Its design is beautiful. The autoignition works well and the flame is reasonable.
Getting all features in reasonable price makes it a good choice for your kitchen.

Very nice product👌👌👌… I have purchased it because I have trust on Glen product… Easy to use & clean… Just one spark and you go… 😊… Love to cook on this beautiful gas stove🥰… It’s automatic ignition works very good… It’s also value for money… Don’t think too much… Just go for it…best product on comparison to other brands… don’t know why other brands charges more for nothing new 🤷🏻♀️…
Some people saying that this is not good product, their glass is broken, knob is broken etc. I have seen many photos of other buyers, they may have not take care of the safety rules and look at their gas stove… omg… Pathetic… Not taken care properly… I want to tell one think that if you use it properly as the safety norms of the product you hardly will face any problems. Otherwise whatever you buy will not satisfy you. Whether it is cheap, value for money or expensive.👍🏻😊

So this is the first time(buying gas stove). I didn`t really know which brand is good, this product was having 4 stars rating so I just went for it. I got this product at approx. Rs 4600/-
Installation and usage is easy- although the biggest burner didn`t catch flame immediately, so i had to pull the igniter closer to the burner.
Battery needs to be installed first to activate auto ignition assembly. D battery is provided alongside the product package.
You need to use both your hand, 1 hand on auto ignition button and the other for gas knob.
Glass surface is really nice however its glass so handle with care.

I received the oven on time. But, the ignition element (white colored small part) on the largest of the three burners is not there. i did not find the part in the package either. For the other two burners the ignition elements are in place. The ignition element on the smallest burner is also not working properly. Sometimes it is working, but most of the times it is not working. Please suggest what I should do? Should I return the product or if there is any service person who shall visit and fix the problem?
