Please don’t buy anything from Elica. No customer support. No one turned up to install. Got it installed from local person. Very noisy. Very pathetic. Poorly managed company. Waste of money.

The media could not be loaded.
The flap does not open though the fan starts. The service person attended several times but each time it worked for only 3 or 4 days. I am regretting having bought this product for my new house.
