Not a perfect finished product . The Air ejection hole on chimney body is 5 inch but company gave 6 inch delivery pipe so it not fit on the hole (as per so called technician who came for installation) . Installation guy’ is very unskilled , unprofessional . He damaged the chimney & leave the work unfinished but take full payment . KAFF haven’t any control on their service centres . They are not attend the work but report to KAFF that the service is completed , they haven’t needed the ‘happy code’ which sent from KAFF to close the complaint or request .

Value for money motion sensor very less noise easy installation quality performance
Easy to use and handle and consume less electricity

For almost 2 years, it worked good, but then 2 months ago 2 capacitors failed. Costing Rs 700+ to fix
2 weeks ago, the flap motor failed, costing Rs 1000+ for fix.
Both of the above fixes does by Kaff.
Poor quality of components has started to show at 2 years.
