I bought this chimney just looking at the brand which I am using from my childhood. Very fast response by customer care. Installation was very smooth and hassle free. Service engineer came for installation was very polite and technically sound. Product is working absolutely perfect. All the features are working perfectly.

The media could not be loaded.
It is working fine, felt little noisy, but that’s fine and normal as we used long exhaust pipe. Auto detecting option is really good.

We have not received the Ducting Kit along with the unit. for the installation also we have to pay around RS. 2350

Product features are 👍, designed 👍, not.much noise, easy to clean, over all good quality

But, in Amazon it is shown that installation will be free of cost, but installation person from Crompton was not accepting free installation and charged 600/-
