Installation work was done perfectly by technician. All features were explained. Product is good. Value for money.

Purchased this chimney on April 2019 and after three months its one led bulb stopped working, when i contacted to Elica they asked me to pay the price of LED, as its not covered in the warranty. Their service centre team called me and asked for Rs. 500 for 1.5 led bulb. Suggesting everyone don’t buy this product and it is not covering basic items under the warranty and it is very hard to clean it’s after using one week. making lots of noise while using on maximum speed.
Registering a consumer case against Elica for not providing warranty on the bulb and charging me Rs. 500 for 1.5 led bulb that is available in Rs. 80 in open market.

I got it at a very good price from Amazon due to ongoing sale .
Product delivery was on time .Elica people will keep following up with you for the installation services.
As far as product is concerned it a good one as its has a high capacity blower (1200m3 ), good enough for heavy cooking.
Look wise its beautiful.Best part is ,it comes with a Aluminium hose (worth1400 in matket )and installation it .
With other brands of the same range they give plastic hose.
Only draw back is that it is not a self cleaning model .(dat feature would cost some extra money)

Its been a month since i am using this chimney and it works great! The suction power is amazing and it does suck up all the oil and fumes in an instant. Its a bit powerful for my kitchen size but the high power suits our Indian cooking style more. Minimal noise even at the highest suction level. Looks great too. Delivery was on time and did not face any hassles with installation as customer care was prompt with scheduling installation before hand.
