Using it for more than 1 year but not tat great chimney. We had to buy this because it takes less space. Suction power is not tat great, cleaning it is a big headache because of its design. The glass cover at front can not b lifted full so cleaning makes hectic and even the inside part of glass cover too gets oily and greecy very difficult to clean. In short cleaning is tough and suction powder is not tat great.

False advertisement by amazon no free installation kit provided when i called them they said that you shouldn’t have opened it yourself you have to wait for the technician to open it(which is not written anywhere)

Note : For efficient use please keep cleaning the air filter else it will not suck smoke.
Keep cleaning every 10-15 days and It will work great

Delighted by the product and service. We are using this product it is working perfectly. What anyone wants from the product? It should work as per the information provided at the time of buying and of course without any trouble. Easy to maintain, less noise and still fully effective. I am happy over the product. Another point, initially we got different model and Elica person who came for installation conveyed us its un-suitability and based on his advice we returned the same and got new model which is perfect for us. Got a product with a faulty motor but the worst part is that the customer support is so pathetic that it has been 2 months and the company hasn’t fixed the problem yet….please don’t buy Elica products its a waste of time and money…..
