I had ordered this as i was looking for a silver color model of 60 cm.
1st delivery got a black color of same model. I had to raise a request to get this returned. Fantastic response from Amazon, and they recommended to return it and place a new order.
2nd order, got a silver color, but it after 30 mins of installation, there was a lot of noise in the machine. Raised request at elica and 2 engineers visited, but none of them were able to solve the issue. Elica was not at all okay with accepting any problem in the product, and do any replacement from their end. Reached out to amazon and since it was under return window amazon helped us in placing a replacement order.
3rd order (replacement order of 2nd) This was again a black color that got delivered. But the best part – it was the exact same one that we had got in #1. Again called customer service and they helped me in getting a refund.
Really fed up with elica now i am looking for some other brand to be installed.

The chimney is stylish and super silent as the name suggests. The installation was super smooth and the installation engineer Naveen explained it clearly and installed to our satisfaction. The Chimney doesn’t make noise at speeds 1 and 2 and will make lesser noise when compared to other chimneys on speed 3 and 4. The suction power is also good. The price is little higher when considering it doesn’t come with installation kit or motion sensor options.

Installation is done with care.
After 3 weeks.
Customer care is worst. Installation technician promised that you can call another person for demo as my flat was under renovation and could not take the demo at time of installation. Customer care was rude and asked Rs 300 for visit.
Avoid if you need support, overall product is good.
After 3 months
Noise level increased.

Shivanayak has done installation to my satisfaction. all fittings are good. neatly done the installation.
installation charges are bit high end. Elica need to provide all required accessories to reasonable price.
Installation must be free. Elica should not charge for it.

Have been using for last 2 months and so far my experience has been pretty good. It is well built, easy to clean and i really the like the way magnets are used instead of latches in other chimneys. Its overall design is pretty simple and effective, looks elegant in a modular kitchen. It is silent as it claims atleast at speed 1 and has good suction even at low speeds. Overall I definitely recommend this chimney based my experience so far and it is value for money.

This product is up to the mark… Very silent… and installation was done by ELICA expert technician very carefully and quickly… Response of product, customer care, installation process everything is very good… Also warranty on this product is of 12 years … so go for it… Just make sure that you go with instructions given ELICA technicians about piping, core cutting of kitchen walls etc… u will see the positive result & response in doing so…
