A good chimney with a good offer on Amazon. I bought this chimney after seeing the height of the above outer cover mentioned as 72cm, But the overall height was around 60cm after installation, so it was not able to completely cover the exhaust pipe and duct. The suction power is very less on low speed, but it’s good on high speed with some noise. The chimney lights have a good spread with enough brightness. Overall a good choice. Installation was professional from Faber.
Thanks to Amazon and Faber.

Product worth buying at good discounted price on Amazon.Chimney looks great. Blower noise is normal at low speed but slightly higher at full speed .Paid Installation was quickly done on booking appointment with Faber customer service. Only problem was with the delivery of this product as the hood cover of my product was damaged in transit which was delivered by Blue dart courier service.

Writting this review after using it for one month So far its very good to use . But the person came to install is very worst.. first he doesn’t look like a person coming from brand. He doesn’t done a clean work. He spoiled our new kitchen interior work. He came late and he making us hurry. He is saying his time is wasted because of me. Brand is not worrying for employees behavior i think. Otherwise its good product only.

– Overall the product is good but the suction power is a bit less.
– If you make lots of tadka like food, you should go for a higher suction variant.
– Please be advised that charcoal filter is not included. If you are planning to go for a non-ducting solution with a charcoal filter, there’s an additional cost of 1400 Rupees for it.
– It’s noisy.. but that’s how all chimneys work.

Great Product, Value for Money. Very comfortable easy to use chimney with 2 Triple layer baffle filter.
Installation done on the very next day by Sunil Sood of A R India appliances (Authorised Faber service centre). Very knowledgeable Installation guy, job done cleanly and in limited time.

I bought this product a year back. So I think I can give better review of this product. The product is easy to use.user friendly.
But the problem what I feel like if you cook very oily or spicy preparation then the suction power is actually got tested.
1) Your entire kitchen and other close areas will become smelly and unless and until you open the doors and windows you won’t be able to get rid of the smell
2) once you start the chimney you can’t open doors and windows. So incase of spicy food the smell will be all around and you have to bear the same. Even your guests will quickly click what you are preparing.
3) the cleaning mechanism is easy ,but you need to clean the same in every 15 days and after some time you will be wondered to see the sticky Ness if oil is not coming out from the plates( chimney plates) even after vigorous cleaning.
3) it is noisy .and believe me all chimneys are noisy.
But as compare to other brands Faber is better as I used other two brands which has much lesser suction than this.

I still have a long way to go until I can write a technical feedback from a daily-user perspective. However, I think, it is important to share my experience with Faber staff so far.
I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional behaviour! And, the irony is that the staff misbehaved and constantly rejected every opportunity to be friendly or professional while stating that they are known for their impeccable customer service.
To put a perspective on the incident. Here are a few details.
Before shifting into our new flat, I ordered this Faber chimney from Amazon and a technician from Faber visited my home soon after. The challenge we had was that there was no exhaust hole in my kitchen. As I was new to the area, I asked for a solution and in the most offensive and belittling way possible, the technician replied that it was not his problem. He coerced me into getting the chimney hanged in my kitchen with its exhaust pipe still inside the kitchen. I don’t work for a chimney company, but I could figure out that it beats the whole purpose of a chimney! 🙂
The same thing repeated itself when I talked to their customer care and even when someone from Faber called me. Their strongest argument for me to install their product was that I will not get the warranty on the product if I don’t pay them the installation charges and regular service charges during the years to come.
In short, I have a Faber product that I have paid in full for and have no active warranty or a service plan. Above all, Faber seems to be fine with this as they have already received their payment for the product, warranty, and a year’s service.
For those who are thinking of buying something from Faber, please keep this in mind – they have become proud to an extent where they have lost sight that they are still serving their customers and it is not the other way around.
