This is our second chimney from Faber. Installed three weeks back,working fine. First one had motor failure after 12 years of operation. I choose to replace with new one. Installation was prompt and service for Faber brand is also very quick in my area .

I just bought this product, and the service was good. However, be aware that installation may require additional materials, which will cost around ₹4000, including a service charge of ₹600. The warranty covers only the motor and possibly internal parts, but any service visits within the warranty period still incur charges. To avoid paying for each visit, you can opt for an AMC, which will be informed to you by the service person and is offered at around ₹1500 per year.
