Great product! The suction is pretty good. There is no odour or smoke in kitchen.

The product was delivered on time but it was manufactured in 2020 July, 1.5yrs old.
The installation was good but the noise level is very very high. Not meeting with expectations.

I have purchased Hafele HOB and Chimney based on the strong recommendation of LULU connect Executive . This Product is Really BAD – and Service is the Worst . There is no Customer complaint Portal or an Telephone complaint – It is AI and it will drive you mad – even after 20 minutes of description it will not take a complaint .
NEXT is any appliance purchased from LULU – you will have a night mare to register your complaint – as this is a land line connection – always busy – and no one will attend the incoming calls –
I want to return the products after 10 days of usage .

I can guarantee you I have got all my pre- thought requirements got fulfilled for this chimney… Best part is that it don’t have any filters and there is a oil collector at the bottom which anyone can remove and clean easily. Feeling really happy and relaxed

Did this purchase after extensive market research for an affordable filter free chimney with easier maintenance and to be frank I am extremely satisfied with the product and on time installation by Häfele. The product was installed within 2 days after the delivery. Powerful suction is one other thing I like about this product. 👍🏼 Easily the most affordable & most reliable filter free chimney in the Indian market by Häfele. Moving from a regular curve chimney with filters to a filter free chimney looks like an essential upgrade considering the ease of maintenance. Head free design is an added advantage during longer hours of cooking in front of our gas stove especially while making lunch.
It’s been about 3-4 months post installation and I haven extensively used the product during the lockdown and still it feels good and powerful. 👍🏼

Bought this product at a dealer in Hyderabad. Though the chimney is good and works great, customer support is terrible. It took me more than 3 weeks to get this installed.
After raising an installation request, technician came within 3 days but did not install as a hole was missing on my wall. We made the hole and tried to schedule another installation request. The customer support team we communicated on whatsapp (they have whatsapp support) did not have a clue whom to contact regarding installation. The standard response I got from them was ‘We are trying to contact the installation team and not able to get hold of them’.I felt there was no co-ordination between support and installation teams.
